Engaging Community Connections at the BCA PPO Picnic Event

The Bergen County PPO Picnic was an exciting chance for community members to gather and enjoy each other's company. This year, we organized a fun-filled event that attracted more than 50 potential new members. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement, laughter, and the joy of community connection.

Spin the Wheel Activity

We conducted an engaging spin-the-wheel activity where participants spun the wheel to determine their drawing challenge. Upon completion of their challenge, they were rewarded with a keychain from our gachapon machine.

Informational Brochures

In addition to the fun activities, we provided attendees with informational brochures that highlighted our community initiatives and upcoming events. These brochures were a hit, as attendees eagerly learned about ways to get involved. Volunteers helped hand out the brochures and were ready to share their experiences and answer any questions.

The community's response was overwhelmingly positive. Many participants expressed a desire to join our group and take part in future endeavors. The sense of belonging and camaraderie shone through as people mingled and formed connections.
